JOB SUMMARY:
The Sales Initiatives Manager plays an integral role in the successful activation of programs and related activities supporting the sales organization. The incumbent acts as a key liaison between the sales and marketing organizations, and ensures all priorities in support of business retention and acquisition are executed with excellence through effective communication, training, assessment, and toolkit development.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
  • Act as key liaison between the sales and marketing organizations, with a focus on execution of programs and initiatives, as well as communications to the sales organization.
  • Lead process of collaboration with stakeholders with respect to sales programs and initiatives, supporting priority setting for the field sales and customer care teams.
  • Responsible for supporting execution of the sales aspect of continuous improvement projects impacting customer product listings, tools, assets, programs and offers.
  • Act as the Salesforce and Pardot ambassador facilitating the adoption, usage, and execution within the field sales teams.
  • Play an instrumental role in the development and activation of Pardot email communications to customers through Salesforce.
  • Support revenue driving opportunities managed in Salesforce ensuring proper tools, training and communication provided.
  • Identify, coordinate and deliver training on sales process and systems as required.
  • Oversee reporting requirements in Salesforce and Power BI.
  • Liaison with Marketing for all POS and sales toolkit requirements.
  • Vendor management duties include responsibility for negotiations, trouble shooting and ongoing maintenance for various POS, apparel, and service providers.
  • Develop and maintain on-line sales communication platforms. Work in partnership with Marketing to maintain internal communication sites for the sales and customer care teams.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
  • College or university degree in Business or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Sales and/or Sales Operations
  • Previous experience with delivering training and/or public speaking comfort required.
  • Prior people management experience preferred.
  • Experienced in negotiation and vendor management.
  • Previous experience with Salesforce and Pardot required.
  • Power BI exposure an asset.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Bilingual in French is an asset
